Ne3meh helps rescue good food that would otherwise go to waste. Partner businesses remain responsible for preparing, storing, labeling, and handing over food in line with applicable Lebanese food-safety rules and common sense.
- Partner responsibility. Businesses must only list food that is still safe and fit to sell. They should not list items they would not serve to a paying walk-in customer under the same conditions.
- Customer judgment. Inspect what you receive at pickup. If something looks or smells wrong, do not consume it — raise it with the business and with Ne3meh so we can follow up.
- Allergies & diet. Surprise bags may contain allergens. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, ask the business before accepting the bag, or prefer specific-item listings when available.
- Platform limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ne3meh is not liable for illness, spoilage, or quality disputes arising from food prepared and sold by partner businesses. We will investigate serious reports and may suspend partners who repeatedly put customers at risk.
